 Ubbink supplies a new and sustainably insulated pipe system: Aerfoam. Natural instead of fossil raw materials are used during the production process, which reduces the emission of 62.8 kg CO2 / m3 to zero. With this new Aerfoam insulated piping system, a significant improvement in sustainability is achieved compared to the previous insulated piping system. The appearance, application and ease of installation of the system has not changed. Aerfoam is lightweight, flexible and can be shortened without burrs. This system is mainly used for HRV (heat recovery) and MV (mechanical ventilation). Aerfoam has been tested and certified by construction and environmental organizations.

To prevent heat loss and condensation in air ducts for ventilation, heating or cooling, it is important to use well-insulated ducts. The airtightness and high insulation value of the Ubbink ducts, including the fittings and couplings, prevents condensation and also minimizes heat losses.
