Delivery Information

We ship our packages with GLS. For the smaller packages we use their Flex Delivery Service. Bulky items or pallets are also delivered by GLS in the Benelux. We work with various partners for other countries in Europe, always looking for the most economical solution for our customers.

The delivery cost can be found on each product page, in the 'Shipping costs' tab. The highest shipping cost of all products in the shopping cart applies only once to an order.

Due to their length, only a collection in our warehouse is possible for a limited number of products.

Select and influence delivery according to your wishes. Before and while a parcel is still on its way to you. GLS offers you a wide range of delivery options. This way you receive ordered goods quickly and easily. The delivery options are available as soon as you receive an e-mail by GLS with information about your order. GLS lets you know when your order is likely to arrive, even giving you a one to four hour delivery time frame. Then you know if someone is there that day to accept the parcel. If this is not the case, your next steps are very simple: You click on the link in the e-mail and can directly access the delivery options for your parcel.

Parcel information by e-mail

GLS informs parcel recipients by e-mail about the delivery and gives them the opportunity to choose from a wide range of delivery options – and this even before and also while the parcel is on its way. You will receive ordered goods faster and more conveniently because you can influence the place and time of delivery. You avoid that a parcel is delivered when nobody is present to accept it.
